THE SERVICES WE HAVE AVAILABLE IN THE PARK MAIN OFFICE ARE ALL NEW!

LAUNDROMAT

We have 4 brand new washers and 4 brand new gas dryers that are operated by using a re-loadable card. Each wash is $1.50 and each dryer is $1.50 as well. The Washers are deep commercial grade tubs and the Dryers have a refreshing 60 minute drying cycle. They are owned and operated by our outside vendor AMERICAN METER & APPLIANCE.

Laundry cards are available from the manager and the card loading machine is in the office. It takes $5's, $10's and $20's.

We have tried to make your laundry washing experience pleasurable by placing benches on our veranda (front porch), as well as a relaxing sitting room with TV in the park office that maybe used when the office is open.

Public Bathroom with Showers

Harbour Pointe is also quite proud of it's recent addition of a public restroom with 2 showers!

They are free 24/7 to our park guests.

BOTH OUR LAUNDROMAT AND SHOWERS ARE KEYPAD LOCK DOORS AND EACH GUEST GETS THE KEYCODE UPON CHECK-IN AND THEN EACH MONTH THE CODE IS CHANGED AND DELIVERED TO OUR PARK GUEST TO ASSURE THEY CAN GAIN ACCESS TO THESE FACILITIES.

SNACK AND VENDING ROOM

We also have a vending room that is available for candy and chips and soda pops! Currently our laundry soap. bleach and fabric softener coin-operated dispenser for $1.00 each is located in the the vending room as well for your laundry product needs to be satisifed.
